like in UWSC wan the Necro die so i saw that some one with rez scroll bring him back to live and then we finished UW

They are a great excuse for not having to spend a slot for a res signet, but have a fair cost for that trade off.

Rez Scrolls are consumables that you craft in Eye of the North. You have to have rank 3 with a specific group (Asuran, Deldrimor, Norn, Vanguard) to craft them, along with crafting materials (25 Plant Fibers + 25 Bone), a skill point, and 250g.

Asuran: Rata Sum
Deldrimor: Central Transfer Chamber
Norn: Gunnar's Hold
Vanguard: Eye of the North

That is why UA is for the win. It doesnt cost any money and is the best rez skill ever.
